Privacy on this site

This site is run by Studio Darling, which makes the Sparks apps. It keeps nothing about you unless you ask to hear when the apps are out.

The apps

Each app has its own privacy notice, saying exactly what it keeps and why:

Visiting the site

There are no cookies, no analytics and no adverts here. Our host, Cloudflare, handles each visit to send you the page, and we keep no record of who visits.

Hearing when the apps are out

If you leave your email, we send you a link to check it’s really yours. Only once you’ve followed it do we add your email to our list, with when you did, so we can email you about the Sparks apps: when they’re out, and now and then when there’s something new in them. We do this because you asked us to, and you can change your mind at any time.

Every email has a link to stop them. To have your email taken off the list altogether, write to privacy@sparksforkids.app.

The list is kept by Resend, the company that sends our emails. Resend keeps it in the United States, under an agreement that protects it as UK and EU law require. If you don’t follow the link, we keep nothing.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we keep about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to privacy@sparksforkids.app. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
